Well this weekend there are two things I would like attend see the side bar THE NADA BARN SALE looks like it's going to be good and also on Saturday, May 22, 9:30 am to 5pm
A Day in the Country Antiques and Vintage Faire – Presented by Vintage Cottage at Graue Mill
This year the show will be held on the grounds of the Mill with an expanded dealer list. They added an old-fashioned farm auction. Country style lunch and tours of the Mill complete the day. Oh which one to attend... Not sure maybe both we will see.

I have it in this pink color and also in white. I wish I had more time to garden. I was so good at it in MO.

Life seems to go way faster here then in MO... not a good thing.

one of us played hookey today and yes it was not me.... now does this little boy look sick to you? sick boys don't run like my little boy.

we hung out and enjoyed each other's company. today was absolutely beautiful.

honestly when I arrived at this park and started walking and breathing the fresh air my broken neck did not hurt.

I did end up going to the hospital again today - so far that is like four visits in the last couple months.

I asked the doctor if they had any spare necks laying around and I guess that was a BIG NO since I am still wearing the same one I had on this morning.

I dragged with me these cute little bobble head dollies. love them!
I got the two little ones at an auction a while ago and the larger one I found at the antique mall in La Grange.

FAITH I suppose.


and as you can tell the larger one has a broken neck OH wait a second YES, JUST LIKE ME!

I am so grateful that I can still walk.
SUCKS to be in pain everyday though.

at the end of our little trip to this wonderful park I asked my son so did you have a nice time and his answer was - YES, MOM cause I spent it with you.....

It's Friday and it's sunny outside and I am off today since I worked last Saturday. THANK you JESUS!

I am off and running getting my boys ready for school, making lunches and then off to the doc for my crazy neck problems..... I guess this issue is never going to go away.

I am then off to get lost somewhere in Chicago. Nice day to put on some great music in the car, roll the windows down and of course bring the camera along.

This little guy in the pic is saying he is sick today..... is he sick or is wanting to spend time with his mami on her day off..... I think he wants to spend time with his mami....

I took this pic last weekend at his outdoor soccer game somewhere on the north side. I admire how good these kids are at such an early age. I wonder how much longer he will like playing soccer? Oh well, they are a calling and I gotta run....... will post more later...

Peace to ya.... off and running again I guess this is my life when you have to very active boys.

I hope you all had a wonderful mother's day. I spent my whole day with my boys and then off to my mother's house to spend a wonderful time with her and the rest of my family.

I am off tomorrow and thank GOD Friday as well. Hopefully I get to see my best friend JLO and spend some fun time with her. I have known her for years and she's truly just like the sister I never had.


I'm in another funk again and don't know how much longer I can handle living in denial. Sometimes we sacrifice for the best of others.... well at least in my case that is what I feel is best to do.
