Dedicated to YOU my son

for many years before I got married and had my first born pictured below in green, I really thought I would never be able to have children.

I guess I pestered GOD so much that I swear as soon as I got married I was blessed with the news that this young man turning 12 this month would be my first born.

you know when people say that time flies - well it does.

Happy birthday my first born, mommie wishes you all the best for ever and we LOVE you very much!

sometimes this is how I feel - just like the black string in this picture - all over the place.

we all have issues right and as human beings we always will....

I guess in my life, my issue is TRUST....

TRUST - TRUST - TRUST

honestly do I really like that word?

sometimes I wish I could just hide under a shell and just stay there and not deal with people. not sure if you have felt like this at one time or another.

who can you really trust now a days, even people that you care about sometimes disappoint.

believe me I have been through some major disappointments in my life especially by people that I truly cared about and really trusted... so in a way the word TRUST is not a word I really like at all.

a good friend of mine told me today that I just need to look for that person - YOU WILL FIND THAT PERSON ANGIE! Really and when? Do I have to go through a few people at a time and examine them before I find those individuals that I can really trust. wish LIFE was a bit easier.

right about now living on GILIGANS island sounds good to me! gosh if I was there would I really want to find a way back to civilization?

so today is another day, get up, dust yourself off Angie and just continue the journey, put that smile on your face and let everyone believe that you are always calm and collected....

don't let them see that sometimes your insides are unraveled like the black string in the picture above!

I am on my way tomorrow to St. Louis, got a bunch of clothes to wash tonight and I still need to pack.

well have not heard anything thing else of the potential move to Canada......

maybe it's not going to happen... one things for sure is that the hubby bought tickets for us to go see COLD PLAY next week in St. Louis....

So since I am off next week Friday and my hubby and boys love COLD PLAY we will be traveling to St. Louis to see their favorite band jammin up a storm.

My heart goes pitter patter

there is something about wooded trails that makes my heart pitter patter. I believe it's the serenity that's hidden beneath all those trees.

at the Morton Arboretum there are tons of trails to explore. I hope this past Friday was the beginning of many future peaceful walks

the boys enjoyed the running and walking could not climb trees though, but were very tempted.

A year ago

A year ago was my last day of my life in MO.

Wanted to wish you a happy 4th to you and yours and to celebrate crank up the first song on my play list and enjoy.....

One year.... can't wait to see what awaits us here in CHI TOWN....

Ive been lost

hello again, yes I was lost, but I am back.

so much going on that I can't keep up. You should see my house, laundry overload.

I just wanted to drop by and say hello and I miss you all it's just that work has been kicking my butt and by the time I get home my brain is totally fried and all I want to do is hit that non comfy couch.

can you imagine, Saturday will be a year since I moved from MO to IL. A YEAR! WOW!

a lot going on, boys out of school, parent's coming back to town, gotta run and make sure there house is in tip top shape for their arrival this weekend.

well YALL 20 minutes before I leave to work. I know I am a bit boring, but at least responsible right. I always like to be on time. that's just me.
