WOW WHAT A FUN DAY I TELL YA..... IT ALL STARTED LIKE THIS,
1. A LITTLE BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS WITH MY COUSIN YOLI. I TOOK HER TO THIS GREAT PLACE CALLED EGG-LECTIC IN DOWNTOWN WHEATON TO FILL US WITH ENERGY FOR THIS LONG AWAITED DAY.
2. THEN OFF WE WERE TO THE KANE COUNTY FLEA FOR THE BIG DAY WITH EDDIE ROSS AND JAITHAN. WE HAD A GREAT TIME EVEN THOUGH THE SUN WAS NOT OUT TODAY AND IT WAS KIND OF COOL.
IT WAS JUST FUN WALKING AROUND WITH THESE TWO YOUNG MEN AND LEARNING ABOUT DIFFERENT THINGS YOU CAN FIND AT A FLEA THAT YOU CAN RECYCLE AND USE IN YOUR DECORATING. IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO ANSWER THEM.
HE WAS VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND I TRULY ENJOYED MYSELF. I HOPE YOU DID TOOO YOLI. (MY COUSIN IS A FLEA MARKET VIRGIN)
THAT GREEN MIRROR DOWN BELOW WAS HER FLEA FIND AND THEN AT THE END SHE GAVE IT TO ME. I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD HAVE RESOLD IT THERE AS SHE HAD A FEW PEOPLE EYEING IT WHILE SHE WAS CARRYING IT OUT.
WE REALLY ONLY HAD ONE HOUR TO SHOP AT THE END BECAUSE WE STOPPED AND HAD SOME SWEET CORN AND SOME VEGGIE TEMPURA. WE ACTUALLY LOST EDDIE FOR A WHILE DURING THE TRIP BECAUSE AS WE WERE WALKING IN THE GROUP SOMETHING REALLY GREAT CAUGHT OUR EYE - TIRAMISU AND PASTERIES - AND YES WE HAD TO STOP TO TRY IT. WE THEN GOT CAUGHT BACK UP WITH THE GROUP AFTER MAYBE BEING LOST FOR 15 MINUTES.
OKAY YALL, I WILL TAKE PICS OF TWO GREAT THINGS THAT I BOUGHT. THIS WONDERFUL SET OF SILVER AND A 1800'S FRAME WITH A LITTLE GIRL PICTURED INSIDE THAT IS TOTALLY WONDERFUL AND GOT IT FOR A STEAL AT THE END OF THE DAY TODAY! YOUR GONNA LOVE IT!

What a day, what a day!!! I don't know which I would have enjoyed more...junking or tiramisu! Either one is heaven.
Debbie
Sounds like you had a fabulous time at the market. How nice that your sister went with you.
Oh my gosh- does THAT look like fun!!! I am so glad you had a great time and found some edible and non-edible treasures.
Wow- that breakfast looks a lot better than the McDonalds sausage biscuit I had Saturday morning before Kane!
